Refund & Cancellation
Any terms used in capitalized and small font formats are related to the terms used for the company, which is Addigo Media. The company will be represented with words like ‘We’ and ‘Our’. Any cancellation processed by clients and refund initiated by the company will be done under Addigo Media’s name.
Our Cancellation Policy
Addigo Media offers various IT & advertising solutions to its B2B and B2C clients. Please note that there are some orders placed on your end that we may cancel without providing prior notice. Our company reserves the full right to cancel any order without prior notice. We will not be held liable to pay any financial obligations henceforth.
Some situations may occur that can result in canceling your order, but they will not be limited to errors in the provision of solutions, technical problems, pricing information, or problems related to debit or credit card fraud. Addigo Media also requires additional information for verification of your order.
Our company’s experts will contact you if your full order is canceled, or a portion of your order is canceled by us. We can ask you for further details before accepting your order. If your order is canceled by the company but the debit/credit card has been charged, the deducted amount will be refunded to you.
Cancellation by Customer
When you acknowledge that, unless stated otherwise, you are not entitled to cancel the orders placed on our website,. If you take any service subscription from our company, you can cancel it only one month before availing of our services.
When you cancel your order before one month, the entire amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable bank charges. If the cancellation request is made between one month and 14 days’ time, we may refund only 50% of the amount and the bank charges that will be applicable. However, if the cancellation request is made 14 days before the delivery of the IT or Advertising services, no amount will be refunded by our company. The cancellation request will be rejected by us.
Refund Policy
Addigo Media will only refund the amount related to the services and solutions charged from our clients. It will happen when we fail to deliver the solutions and services before the deadline because of unforeseen circumstances or any technical problem. Our team will carry out an internal investigation regarding the cancellation and refund request before initiating the complete or 50% refund to you. All the refunded amount will be credited to the Buyer’s account.
Our clients need to raise a request by emailing the same to enquiry@addigomedia.com. The client will not get the refund if the work is already under process, as our manpower has used their time and energy in your project. The time and energy worked out cannot be refunded.
Therefore, all the payment gateway charges, processing fees, admin fees, and cost of the resources used will be deducted from the client’s end. Moreover, Addigo Media will not refund the money that is paid to the various third parties, or government bodies in the form of fee or the processing fee for your orders.
How Will Our Client Get the Refund Money?
Addigo Media’s clients will get the refund money only if their account is being debited for an extra amount or the project has been canceled but they have already made the payment.

Our clients must provide us the screenshots of extra payments deducted due to technical glitches or any error. You can email us the screenshot and provide relevant details like the transaction amount, billing date, and payment method. Your mode of payment must be clearly visible in your screenshot.
After receiving the necessary documents from your end, we will conduct an internal investigation. We will make sure that your refund is processed promptly. Refunds will be typically processed between 4 to 5 days. The only requirement is that you must meet the eligibility criteria of the refund policy.
We initiate your refunds through the payment mode you have used to pay for our solutions and services. Any delay is deeply regretted from our end.
Client’s Information Security
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we ensure complete confidentiality of your personal and financial information. Please be rest assured that your details are not shared by us. Your name, address, contact details, and debit/credit card details are protected using the latest encryption technology.
Other Terms of Our Refund and Cancellation Policy
Addigo Media is clear on its terms and conditions for making refunds to customers and canceling their projects. We are at our sole discretion to cancel any project or solution that we deem suspicious, fraudulent, or likely to lead to any illegal activity.
Our company is in full charge of alerting law enforcement authorities to such solutions and services. We will only provide your information or details as asked by the court of law because of any suspicion.
Addigo Media will resolve any conflict or grievance related to user agreement as per the provisions stated under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
